General Manager Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train hotel staff
• Oversee daily hotel operations and staffing
• Provide timely performance evaluations, coaching, counseling, and employee terminations in accordance with policy
• Maintain a visible, approachable presence for guests and ensure a high level of service across all departments
• Uphold professionalism and courtesy in all guest interactions
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels in alignment with budget guidelines

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven supervisory and leadership skills
• Extensive knowledge of hotel operations and the hospitality industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Ability to demonstrate genuine hospitality to guests and team members
