• Lead and support housekeeping team members to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met in guest rooms and public spaces
• Train, schedule, and oversee room attendants and housekeepers
• Perform room inspections and inventory checks to maintain quality assurance
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with the front desk and maintenance teams
• Ensure cleaning supplies and housekeeping equipment are maintained and well‑stocked
• Support team development by providing coaching and performance feedback
• Maintain a safe and inclusive working environment that meets local health regulations

• Proven experience in housekeeping or janitorial services (1+ year in a supervisory role preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness and presentation
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Positive, professional attitude and strong guest‑service orientation
