The Valet Attendant is the first point of contact for members and guests. This position requires a friendly, professional, and service-oriented individual who can provide exceptional customer service, and maintain the welcoming environment of the Club. This is a part time position we have weekend and week day openings. You must have a valid Drivers license for this position.
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests to The Club and offer professional valet services.
- Accommodate guests by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items.
- Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot.
- Answer guests' questions regarding events happening inside The Club.
- Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return.
- Park guests' vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws.
- Operate vehicles safely and responsibility.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous valet service, customer service, or hospitality experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Located just outside of the city, The Wisconsin Country Club is home to one of the most challenging and beautiful 18-hole golf courses in the area. It's Harry Smead/David Gill design features tree-lined fairways, intricately contoured greens, and well-positioned bunkering. In addition, Members enjoy an excellent court experience with 4 hard tennis courts and 6 pickleball courts available for open play, clinics, and socials.
Our heated Junior-Olympic-sized pool is open seasonally and features a kiddie pool, slide, and full-service snack bar. For our health-conscious members, our Fitness Center is open daily and features a variety of specialty equipment. A year-round social calendar and dining operation ensure all Members enjoy their home away from home.
