As a Banquet Server, you will provide outstanding guest service while serving food and beverages in a banquet setting. • The Banquet Serveris  responsible forthe successful set-up, service, clean-up, and tear down ofbanquetevents.
• Set tables, buffets, bars, and snack breaks inassignedarea correctly and accurately.
• Professionally serve food and beverages butler-style, tableside and from buffets.
• Monitortables, buffets, and breaks to keep them clean,stocked and visually appealing.
• Assist other members of thebanquetteam to deliver a phenomenal event that exceeds the guest’s expectations.
• maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality. Alwaysexhibitprofessionalism and friendliness.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions.
• Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience inbanquet/cateringservices
• Flexible scheduling including nights, days, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to stand or walk, including up and down stairs, for the entire length of shift
• Ability tolift upto 35 pounds
• Mobility to maneuver between tables
