What you will be doing

* Prepare all food items according to recipe specification and in a timely matter.

* Maintain a high quality of food production and presentation.

* Maintain sanitary standards before, during, and after service.

* Ensure proper inventory and station preparation.

* Perform duties as assigned by Sous Chefs.

* Position Requirements

* Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food items.

* Knowledge of proper cooking procedures.

* Knowledge of proper knife handling and techniques.

* Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
