About the Role
At Towne Park, the Guest Service Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional hospitality services to guests, making an impact on patients, visitors, and colleagues. The position focuses on providing compassionate, friendly, and efficient service, including parking and valet support, luggage assistance, and guest orientation.
CompensationHourly base pay: $9-$11 per hour.
Shift differential: $5 per hour.
Tips: $5-$10 per hour (variable).
Night shift: 11:00pm – 7:00am.

Job SummaryThe Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner.
Essential Functions- Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
- Greet guests within five feet with a friendly demeanor, use guest last names, and apply proper phone etiquette.
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely while driving slowly and cautiously, and assist with luggages and bell services as needed.
- Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries; provide information about outlets, meeting rooms and/or amenities of the facility and local attractions.
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures, issue claim checks and maintain accurate ticket information.
- Handle revenue calculation and collection for parked vehicles when required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license for the state of employment.
- Minimum of one month related experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend standard English; perform basic arithmetic and multi‑step calculations with U.S. currency.
- Understanding of 24‑hour and military time systems, rates, and manual transmission operation; experience in parallel parking.
The role follows established practices and procedures with decisions made within departmental guidelines. Errors in judgment may affect the department’s smooth operation.
Working Conditions & Physical DemandsWork is performed outdoors under varying weather conditions. Employees must sit or stand for extended periods, walk up to 5% travel, run, lift up to 100lb occasionally, and perform tasks requiring near and distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
