SafeHouse Supervisor - Part Time

We're looking for a Front of House Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with positivity, and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. This role serves as a key leader on the floor, supporting daily operations, coaching team members, and ensuring every mission is executed with excellence. Your Mission Objectives:

Lead the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional, memorable guest experiences that align with the Safe House brand.

Foster a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture through coaching, training, and hands-on leadership.

Ensure smooth daily operations by maintaining service standards, staffing efficiency, and operational readiness.

Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally while creating positive outcomes and lasting impressions.

Support revenue growth through effective floor management, upselling opportunities, and strong guest engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment venue leadership experience with a passion for guest service.

A confident, approachable leader who can motivate teams, provide direction, and lead by example during busy shifts.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and stay calm under pressure.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining operational standards and team accountability.

Enthusiasm for the Safe House experience, including engaging with guests in a fun, interactive, and immersive environment.
