Starting $7.25 per hour plus tips | Requires flexibility to work various shifts
In our high-energy, Sports book venue, exceptional service drives the entire experience. As a Server, you’ll deliver a warm welcome, stay in sync with your team, and help create a winning atmosphere for every guest. This role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and keeping the excitement going from the first bet to the final buzzer
Below are some of the responsibilities of a Potawatomi Casino Hotel Sports Bar Server:- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
- Assess, anticipate, and attend to guest needs or concerns.
- Use point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately process payments and dispense correct change.
- Monitor responsible alcohol service to guests.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and safe working environment.
- Maintain complete knowledge of the venue and the casino.
- Work in other venues as assigned, based on business needs.

- Excellent communication, hospitality, interpersonal and math skills.
- Attentiveness and patience for guests.
- The ability to successfully achieve Responsible Alcohol and Serv Safe certifications within 90 days.
- The ability to work irregular hours, extended shifts, weekends, and holidays
- A high school diploma or equivalent and 6 months of related experience.
- Responsible Alcohol and Serv Safe certifications.
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
