The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee's iconic Blu lounge is seeking a part-time Barback/Porter to support bartenders, stock bar areas, and ensure guest service is seamless. You will help prepare garnishes, manage ice, and keep equipment clean and organized.
Ideal candidates enjoy fast-paced hospitality, can lift up to 50 lbs, and work across temperature ranges. No prior experience required; union membership optional after 90 days.
