Overview
HR Assistant's job entails providing assistance with the administration of day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. HR Assistant will work closely with the human resources director to effectively support and manage tasks as assigned. The HR Assistant's role is to be a support service to the organization to help achieve the organizational goals and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities- Assist and maintain HR files
- Call to schedule interviews
- Help with administrative work and tasks when needed
- Help complete projects as assigned
- Be an effective communicator verbally as well as in writing
- Medium proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet
- Effective problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management or higher
