This is a contract, on-site role based in Wisconsin, United States, for a Technical Recruiter at TEK Inspirations LLC. The Technical Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for technical roles. They will collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and identify the right talent. Additional responsibilities include conducting interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and fostering relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
• Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting practices
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and maintain professional relationships
