A healthcare organization in Milwaukee is seeking an Employee Engagement & Wellness Coordinator to support and coordinate engagement and wellness initiatives. This part-time role involves managing employee recognition programs, coordinating benefits administration, and working closely with HR to foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, experience in HR or employee engagement, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

This position is part-time at 28 hours per week, with a schedule from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
