We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist with a strong hands‑on HR background who understands the day‑to‑day rhythm of human resources and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and follow‑through. This role owns key HR processes across the full employee lifecycle and serves as a trusted resource for employees and leaders across two local sites. This is not an entry‑level position – the ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring HR operations run smoothly and compliantly.

• Maintain accurate employee data and records within the HRIS
• Administer employee benefits, enrollments, and changes
• Coordinate recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes
• Lead onboarding and offboarding activities
• Support compliance reporting and HR documentation
• Provide day‑to‑day employee support and guidance
• Partner with leadership to ensure consistent HR practices
• Manage personnel files and audit documentation for accuracy

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification strongly preferred
• Proven experience in HR operations or generalist functions
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
