Our Client, a global leader in industrial automation and digital transformation, is looking for a Workday People Analytics Consultant to join their HR Technology team.

This is not a report-pulling role. This is a high-impact opportunity to partner directly with HR leaders and shape how workforce data drives real business decisions.

🔎 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to understand reporting needs and translate them into data-driven insights
  • Design and configure Workday dashboards, Advanced Reports, Discovery Boards, and Prism analytics solutions
  • Support enhancements and configuration within core Workday HCM modules
  • Collaborate with HR Tech, IT, and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing cycles (UAT/regression), and troubleshooting
  • Establish consistent people analytics standards and metric definitions
  • Partner with Privacy, Compliance, and Legal teams to maintain strong data governance

You’ll act as a trusted analytics partner — not just a systems resource.

✅ What You Bring
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience configuring Workday reporting tools
  • Strong experience with Advanced Reporting, Dashboards, and Discovery Boards
  • Exposure to Workday Prism (highly preferred)
  • Experience supporting Workday HCM configuration and enhancements
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Strong communication skills — comfortable working directly with HR leadership
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau
  • Workday testing and upgrade experience
  • Exposure to full Workday HCM suite configuration
