Our Client, a global leader in industrial automation and digital transformation, is looking for a Workday People Analytics Consultant to join their HR Technology team.
This is not a report-pulling role. This is a high-impact opportunity to partner directly with HR leaders and shape how workforce data drives real business decisions.

🔎 What You’ll Be Doing- Partner with HR and business leaders to understand reporting needs and translate them into data-driven insights
- Design and configure Workday dashboards, Advanced Reports, Discovery Boards, and Prism analytics solutions
- Support enhancements and configuration within core Workday HCM modules
- Collaborate with HR Tech, IT, and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Participate in system upgrades, testing cycles (UAT/regression), and troubleshooting
- Establish consistent people analytics standards and metric definitions
- Partner with Privacy, Compliance, and Legal teams to maintain strong data governance
You’ll act as a trusted analytics partner — not just a systems resource.
✅ What You Bring- 3+ years of hands‑on experience configuring Workday reporting tools
- Strong experience with Advanced Reporting, Dashboards, and Discovery Boards
- Exposure to Workday Prism (highly preferred)
- Experience supporting Workday HCM configuration and enhancements
- Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills — comfortable working directly with HR leadership
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Workday testing and upgrade experience
- Exposure to full Workday HCM suite configuration
- High visibility with HR leadership
