** Vacature: HR Adviseur Benelux regio (36–40 uur)
** Als HR Adviseur ben je de verbindende schakel tussen de HR-strategie en de business. Je werkt nauw samen met de HR Manager, HR Officer, Payroll Specialist en leidinggevenden. Je vertaalt HR-beleid naar de praktijk en ondersteunt de organisatie bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken. Dit doe je voor onze Benelux regio, waarbij ons kantoor in Dordrecht is gevestigd maar je ook naar Brussel reist (circa 1 keer per week/per 2 weken).  

Je houdt je o.a. bezig met:
* Adviseren van management en medewerkers over HR-vraagstukken
* Implementeren en uitvoeren van HR-strategie en beleid
* Performance-, talent- en succession management
* Verzuimbegeleiding en duurzame inzetbaarheid
* Recruitment en Employer branding (o.a. Social Media campagnes)
* Trainingen* HR data en analyses
* HBO-opleiding (bijv. HRM of vergelijkbaar)
* Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als HR Adviseur of in een vergelijkbare rol
* Gedegen kennis van HR-processen (o.a. performance, recruitment, compensation)
* Ervaring met HRIS-systemen (bij voorkeur Workday)
* Sterke communicatieve en adviesvaardigheden
* Analytisch, organisatiesensitief en zelfstandig
