Talent Manager, HR Manager
Job Overview: Responsible for meeting the staffing needs of the organization by sourcing and screening applicants and making recommendations for hire. Will identify opportunities to build applicant pools, create employment pipelines and develop relationships and trust with hiring leaders. Must effectively and efficiently manage the talent acquisition process to ensure a proper “fit” with the candidate and the organization. The “go to” resource for the organizations Applicant Tracking System.
Enhances the Human Resources team with input and advice and establishes and executes strategic goals as necessary. Monitors and ensures processes are in compliance with applicable regulations (EEO, HIPAA, etc.).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establishes talent acquisition requirements and needs by meeting with managers/leaders. Places ads as necessary and keeps all job openings current and relevant.
- Create an efficient talent acquisition process that sources, screens and hires applicants to meet organizational needs.
- Responsible for completion of all aspects of the Talent Acquisition process, this includes conducting criminal background checks and on‑boarding for New Employee Orientation (NEO).
- Strong interview and souring skills to determine applicants qualifications. Evaluate if applicant should move forward in talent acquisition process.
- Coordinates schedules of hiring managers/leaders to meet and interview candidates for open positions.
- Builds talent acquisition process to ensure strong applicant flow. Works on building relations with local schools to build pipeline of applicants.
- Responsible to attend off‑site career fairs or other programs to help build organizations brand and to meet new applicants.
- Acts a resource to hiring managers/leaders with regard to proper interviewing techniques, questions, interview evaluations and hiring decisions.
- Managers the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provides and monitors employment metrics (time to fill, turnover, etc.) and provides periodic reports to leadership when requested.
- Achieve human resources operational objectives by contributing information, preparing action plans, and completing strategic goals.
- Improves Human Resources knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications regarding Human Resource topics and trends.
- Completes special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Understands ETE core values and leads by example.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business.
- 2-5+ years progressive experience in a Human Resources talent acquisition role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience with a variety of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Spanish language skills a plus.
- Have a Can-Do Attitude, with good time management, and decision-making skills. Ability to handle a high recruiting volume.
- Self-starting and motivated; believe in teamwork and uphold the ability to always help others
- Strong communication skills with great attention to detail. Ability to “sell” the organization.
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office.
