Human Resources Generalist (Recruitment Focus)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st shift
Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)

The Human Resources Generalist with a focus on recruitment is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, with a primary emphasis on talent acquisition. This role will lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, while also supporting onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR initiatives that foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Post job openings on internal and external platforms.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions.
- Maintain applicant tracking system records and accurate candidate data.
- Extend employment offers and coordinate pre‑employment processes, including physical examinations, background checks, reference verifications, and other onboarding requirements.
- Conduct wage and compensation surveys to analyze market trends and ensure competitive and equitable wage rates.
- Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain HRIS data and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvements.
- Develop and conduct training on topics such as interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, FMLA, sexual harassment, etc.; serve as backup for conducting new hire training.
