Job Description & How to Apply Below

ECP is a market-leading SaaS solution that enables senior living communities to better care for their residents. Our mission as a company is to build world‑class software that increases the quality of life for seniors and improves clinical, business, compliance, and operational performance for our clients.

Our ECP team is purpose-driven, collaborative, high-performing, and passionate about building software that makes a real impact. Over the past several years, ECP has undergone significant growth across our customer base, product, and team. As we scale, we are intentional about building a high-performing, data-driven, and efficient hiring engine that can support rapid growth while maintaining a strong culture.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will serve as both a full‑cycle recruiter and a process optimizer. This role will partner closely with the Head of People Operations and hiring leaders to build structured, scalable, and AI‑enabled recruiting practices that improve quality of hire and increase hiring velocity.

This is a perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced “start‑up” culture, who loves to recruit and wants to make a meaningful impact on a business. You’ll have the opportunity to bring new ideas forward and build technology‑forward recruiting processes that modernize how talent is assessed and selected in a growing SaaS organization.

While ECP is a fully remote company, we are looking for someone located within driving distance to Milwaukee, who is able to meet with the team on‑site once per quarter (on average).
