We are looking for a Human Resources Director (HR) to care for our patients and facilitate their speedy recovery. You will also be responsible for educating them and their families on prevention and healthy habits. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. You will be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently.

The goal is to-promote patient’s being-by providing high quality nursing care.

Responsibilities: Human Resources Director (HR)

  • Facilitate and update the flow of applicants from the applicant tracking system and distribute
  • Completes pre-employment and new hire process checklists for all new hires
  • Creates and maintains all current and termed employee online personnel files
  • Serves as first point of contact with staff regarding benefit administration, payroll, insurances
  • Submits to Corporate Payroll: missed punch detail; PTO & LOA requests; PAF administration
  • Coordinates the handling of all Claims Requests (Employment Practices & Unemployment)
  • Manages the Worker’s Compensation claim administration duties and the FMLA process

Requirements: Human Resources Director (HR)

  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ HR experience in a nursing home
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Out sanding ability to communicate written and verbally in English
