As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full‑cycle recruitment. You will source and hire qualified candidates, obtain approvals, conduct pre‑screens and interviews, write employment offers, coordinate reference checks and other pre‑employment tasks as necessary. Critical for success are the abilities to take initiative, be self‑motivated and an independent, accountable, dependable performer.
This is an onsite position, located out of our Lomira, WI office.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or four or more years of full‑cycle recruitment experience or a combination of both
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of management and be self‑motivated
- Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of State and Federal employment law, EEO, affirmative action and diversity policies
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
