The Human Resources intern will gain hands‑on experience supporting Employee/Labor Relations activities within a unionized work environment.
The position will provide opportunities to research labor agreements, assist with grievance and disciplinary documentation, analyze employee/ labor related data, participate in meetings and investigations, and help identify opportunities to improve the Employee/ Labor Relations processes.
