A growing and diversified organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support employees and leaders across multiple business units and locations. This position is responsible for the full employee lifecycle, partnering with leadership on talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, payroll support, and HR operations.

Talent Acquisition- Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate, operations, and skilled trades positions.
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process, from job postings through offers.
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Support workforce planning and hiring initiatives across multiple business units.
- Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers.
- Support employee relations, performance management, coaching, and corrective actions.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive workplace culture.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
- Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and HRIS updates.
- Process employee status changes, compensation updates, and employment records.
- Partner with payroll to ensure accurate employee data and provide backup payroll support.
- Coordinate offboarding activities, employment verifications, and unemployment claims.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, policy updates, and process improvements.
- Support multi-state HR administration and maintain confidential employee information.
- Perform additional HR projects and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Experience supporting recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, and HR compliance.
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
