Per Scholas is seeking a dynamic, team-oriented individual to serve as Manager, Recruitment & Admissions on the new Per Scholas Greater Milwaukee team. The right candidate will represent Per Scholas across the Greater Milwaukee and Southeast Wisconsin region - including sharing the Per Scholas history, mission, outcomes, and admissions process and requirements with prospective learners and applicants. Recruitment of prospective learners will be conducted in many ways, including digital channels, referral partners, and community outreach.

The Manager, Recruitment and Admissions, will also consistently review applicant pipeline data to make data-driven recommendations to enhance the applicant experience, and increase conversion throughout the admissions process.

• Recruit viable candidates for Per Scholas training courses.
• Manage a rigorous outreach and admissions process throughout its entire lifecycle, ensuring targets and benchmarks for recruitment and admissions are achieved.
• Track, organize, and be prepared to report on recruitment and enrollment data in Salesforce, particularly in comparison to site and organizational goals and grant deliverables.
