Recruiting Coordinator & Talent Sourcer

Contract Recruiting Coordinator & Sourcer Hybrid | Milwaukee & Southwestern Wisconsin

Goodwill Talent Bridge is seeking a contract Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing recruiting team through proactive candidate sourcing, recruiting coordination, and hiring process administration.

• Source candidates using traditional methods and creative recruiting strategies
• Conduct phone screens and candidate pre-qualifications
• Schedule interviews, orientations, and onboarding appointments
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS (Bullhorn)
• Ensure hiring documentation meets compliance requirements
• Support recruiters with administrative tasks and recruiting operations
• Assist with orientations and onboarding activities as needed
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through hire
• Other duties as assigned

• Recruiting, staffing, HR, or recruiting coordination experience preferred
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
