- As the Human Resources Generalist, you will provide broad HR support across recruitment, employee relations, benefits, payroll, HR systems, records, and employee communications.
- This position will work closely with the Director of Human Resources and program leaders to support staffing needs, strengthen the employee experience, and promote Catholic Charities as a mission-driven employer of choice.
- Provide HR Administrative Support:
Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, including employee records, communications, projects, events, and department initiatives. - Partner Across Core HR Functions:
Work collaboratively with the Director of Human Resources on payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment, employee engagement, and initiatives that strengthen the Agency s culture and employee brand. - Administer Payroll and Benefits:
Support payroll processing, benefits administration, employee enrollment and changes, vendor coordination, reporting, and timely response to employee questions related to pay, benefits, and HR programs. - Recruitment and Candidate Pipelines:
Support full-cycle recruitment by posting opportunities, reviewing applications and resumes, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, supporting onboarding, maintaining accurate employee files, and conducting outreach to local colleges and universities to build a strong pipeline of potential candidates. - Strengthen External Partnerships:
