Bilingual Front Desk Recruiter

This onsite role focuses on turning walk-ins into qualified applicants and supporting staffing coverage through active recruiting and screening.

• Source candidates directly from the front desk based on current staffing needs
• Conduct initial interviews and screen applicants for open positions
• Place frequent outbound calls and follow up with potential candidates
• Share details on job duties, pay rates, schedules, locations, and position requirements
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline tied to available roles
• Support candidates with the application process and onboarding steps
• Conduct orientations and help prepare new hires for their assignments
• Answer incoming calls and assist walk-in applicants professionally
• Keep accurate applicant information and recruiting records
• Provide recruiting team updates on staffing needs, candidate availability, and hiring priorities
• Deliver strong customer service to applicants and employees

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Recruiting, staffing, customer service, or call-center experience preferred
• Comfort working with high-volume phone calling
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Computer skills and ability to learn recruiting software

Primary focus: Recruit candidates consistently from the front desk to keep qualified applicants moving and help fill open positions quickly and effectively.

Location: Milwaukee, WI (onsite)

Compensation: USD 17 - 20 per hour
