Job Overview
As part of Business Analytics, the Principal AI Architect will lead the design and implementation of scalable, high‑impact artificial intelligence solutions across our business operations. This role combines strategic vision with deep technical expertise to build robust AI infrastructure and advanced machine learning models. You will work cross‑functionally to align AI initiatives with business objectives, optimize data strategies, and uphold ethical standards.
CoreDuties
- Designing and overseeing the development of scalable AI systems and infrastructure that improve operational efficiency and support long‑term business growth.
- Developing AI roadmaps that align with business objectives and drive innovation.
- Developing and optimizing machine learning models that enhance predictive accuracy and enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.
- Collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions that improve operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Sourcing and integrating high‑quality data to maximize AI model accuracy and reliability, reducing error rates, and improving outcomes.
- Ensuring AI systems comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously tracking and enhancing AI system performance to reduce latency, improve accuracy, and increase ROI on AI investments.
- Staying current with emerging AI vendors, tools, frameworks, and methodologies to maintain competitive advantage and drive continuous innovation.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Data Science from a four‑year college or university;
Master’s or Ph.D. preferred. 2‑4 years of related experience building AI solutions in a business environment. Candidates with a strong background in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, as well as the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a non‑technical audience, are strongly preferred.
The Business Analytics and Fan Insights team leverages data, analytics, and research to improve the fan experience and to support the business operations of the Milwaukee Brewers. We collaborate with business unit leaders across the organization (including Sales, Marketing, Sponsorship, and In‑Game Experience) to solve complex problems and to drive strategic improvements, always with the mantra “Cherish the Fan” at the center of our decision‑making.
