Consultant; Systems Analyst

Experis US LLC, is seeking a Consultant (Systems Analyst) to join their team. You will be part of Experis supporting our team to service clients located throughout the U.S.

• Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to optimize design.
• Identify design gaps/limitations in recalculation process and build design solutions to address.
• Engage in design and development of test strategies.
• Facilitate UAT sessions, gather feedback from stakeholders and coordinate resolutions.
• Create complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis. Work with Peoplesoft HCM and CRM modules to implement pensions.

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering and 5 years of overall progressive experience in the tasks and the skill sets listed in the job description.
• Will provide services to clients located throughout the US.
• Will be assigned to unanticipated client sites located throughout the US and subject to travel/relocation.
