Location:

Hybrid (Milwaukee, WI – 3 days in-office, occasional travel).

• Strategic Leadership – Influence enterprise-wide HR technology decisions and roadmap
• Innovation & Impact – Drive platform optimization and unlock new capabilities

• Architect and configure Workday HCM to align with organizational goals
• Lead integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems and third-party services
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and compliance with global data protection regulations
• Drive innovation and maximize ROI on Workday investments
• Guide implementations across modules: HR, Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent Management
• Translate business needs into technical solutions through stakeholder collaboration
• Mentor teams, provide expert-level support, and promote platform adoption

• 10+ years of experience with Workday or comparable HR/ERP systems
• Deep expertise in Workday architecture, modules, and integrations
• Strong skills in security design, reporting, and data analytics
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business needs

• Experience with global Workday deployments
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise architecture frameworks
• Exposure to Workday Extend or Prism Analytics

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Workday HCM Certification required

• Salary:
  Up to $156,000 annually or $89 per hour, based on skills and experience
