Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $/yr

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with companies seeking IT staffing services (contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders including HR managers, hiring managers, and procurement teams.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client needs and candidate profiles.
  • Develop customized proposals, presentations, and staffing solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and performance targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records for forecasting and reporting.
  • Represent the company at industry networking events, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT staffing or consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and terminology (e.g., developers, QA, Dev Ops, data engineers).
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close new business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Ceipal) to manage sales activities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel locally (if required) for client meetings or events.
