SAP Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage complex SAP implementations and upgrades across various business functions. This role will be responsible for ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget while aligning with organizational goals and driving strategic business transformation initiatives.

• Lead end-to-end SAP project management from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with project scope and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors, to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Champion best practices in project management and SAP methodologies to ensure continuous improvement.
• Engage in stakeholder management, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all parties involved in the project.

• 5+ years of project management experience in SAP environments, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points, including but not limited to SAP S/4
  
  HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP BW.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide innovative solutions.

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement within SAP implementations.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in hybrid project management environments.
