Salesforce Solution Architect

We’re hiring a hands‑on Salesforce Solution Architect to design and govern enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions in a complex, multi‑org environment. This role is focused on simplifying over‑customized implementations, driving scalable architecture, and leading enterprise integrations (strong emphasis on Mule Soft Anypoint
). This is a contract‑to‑hire position and candidates must be open to converting to full‑time employment.

• Full‑time onsite in one of these locations:
  Coral Springs, FL / Alpharetta, GA / Hagerstown, MD / Milwaukee, WI
• Time zone alignment: EST or CST

• Architect end‑to‑end solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform
• Simplify complex Salesforce environments (multi‑org, large data volumes, complex sharing)
• Lead integration patterns across the enterprise (Mule Soft required)
• Enforce standards for security, IAM/SSO, and Salesforce development best practices
• Translate business requirements into scalable designs, roadmaps, and delivery guidance
• Provide technical oversight/mentorship to delivery teams

• 8+ years in enterprise solution architecture; 5+ years in Salesforce architecture
• Hands‑on Salesforce skills:
  Apex, LWC, Flows, declarative configuration, security/sharing
• Enterprise integration design/implementation experience (Mule Soft Anypoint required)
• Experience in large, complex enterprise environments
• Strong communication skills; able to translate technical designs into business value
