• Drive Product Vision: Communicate the strategy for CIAM solutions, aligning with security and business objectives. Gather stakeholder requirements and create a clear product roadmap.
• Lead CIAM Projects: Ensure timely delivery and resource allocation while adhering to project milestones.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with IT, security, compliance, and business teams to align CIAM solutions with organizational goals.
• Analyze and Optimize: Evaluate existing systems, identify gaps, and design comprehensive solutions to enhance efficiency and security.
• Ensure Compliance: Oversee CIAM practices to comply with relevant regulations and standards, mitigating risks.
• Generate Insights: Conduct analyses on CIAM metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience in IT, with a focus on security.
• Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience in a security-related position.
• Certifications: Desired certifications include CISSP, CCSP, etc.
• Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Okta, Ping, Auth0, and Transmit Security.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to addressing complex issues.
