We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) domains to support ongoing IAM initiatives across multiple departments. This role requires hands‑on project management experience, strong initiative, and the ability to develop and analyze metrics and reports that inform key decisions.
In this position, you will collaborate across IAM teams to implement and maintain IAM solutions, ensuring consistent practices are upheld. You’ll apply your knowledge of IAM areas such as authentication, authorization, and user provisioning while staying informed on current technologies and best practices. The role includes supporting project planning, coordinating resources, and delivering status updates to stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
You’ll also be responsible for identifying issues, recommending improvements, and helping implement solutions to enhance IAM processes and overall security posture. Regular development and maintenance of metrics and reporting on IAM activities, compliance, and project status will be expected.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of experience in IAM or a related field
Technical
Skills:
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies
- Familiarity with IAM tools such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta
- Knowledge of security protocols like LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
Soft Skills:
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Must Have:
- 4+ years of release and/or project management experience
