Position: Director Business/ Enterprise Strategy – Data Center
.Comprehensive benefits package including 401K, medical, dental, and vision care You will support the development of Johnson Controls' data center growth strategy, working closely with both the Global Enterprise Strategy team and Data Center business leadership. This role will identify emerging technology trends, define market entry strategies, and lead strategic initiatives including M&A to position JCI in the rapidly evolving AI-driven data center market.

Reports to the Executive Director Global Enterprise Strategy, residing in the Strategy & Acquisition Office.
** Support Portfolio and Product Strategy:
** Partner with business units and innovation teams to define strategic roadmaps, prioritize investments, and align product development with market requirements and emerging customer needs Engage with customers and key partners to understand evolving requirements, validate strategic hypotheses, and translate market insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen JCI's competitive positioning7+ years of Strategic Development experience in Strategy Consulting and corporate strategy mergers and acquisitions.

Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations, in a strategy consulting environment, with in-house corporate experience is a benefit. Proven ability to deliver concrete outcomes in program or project settings, especially where success relies on influencing stakeholders beyond formal reporting lines. Proven skills in teamwork, project management, and business acumen. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be self-motivated.  Your buildings have a purpose.
