We have a new opportunity available for an energetic User Support Specialist to join our Technology Services team. Our User Support Specialist is someone who enjoys problem solving and will focus on efficiently and effectively supporting end users, setting up and maintaining PC's, arranging repairs, responding to Help Desk requests, deploying software, maintaining PC and peripheral inventories and so on, for our 10 offices throughout the U.S. This opportunity is a great fit for someone ready to learn from others on a fun, collaborative team.

- Monitoring service desk for incidents and requests.
- Supporting local and remote users.
- Supporting small and large format printing.
- Escalating issues to vendors and partners when necessary.
- Documenting processes and procedures.
- Supporting basic applications such as Microsoft Office, Teams and others.
- Providing technology support for PC hardware, Windows operating systems and software.
- Deploying PC hardware and peripherals.
- Participating in on-call rotation.
- Maintaining hardware and software inventories.
- Coordinating with other members of the Technology Services team.
- Participating in Technology Services projects when necessary.
- Educating end users when required.
- Participating in continuing education.
- Associates degree in Information Technology preferred, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience, those with more experience are also encouraged to apply.
