As the Senior Director of Identity Management , you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing innovative identity management solutions across our organization. This is a pivotal role where your strategic vision will align with IT and organizational goals, ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable identity lifecycle management.

What You'll Do- Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute a comprehensive identity management strategy that aligns with organizational goals and regulatory compliance, collaborating with IAM leadership to set strategic directions.
- Identity Lifecycle Management: Oversee user provisioning, deprovisioning, and identity governance processes to ensure secure and efficient operations.
- Technology Implementation: Lead the deployment and management of identity management platforms, including IGA tools and Client IAM tools.
- Risk Management: Evaluate and prioritize risks in systems, recommending controls that balance effectiveness with business impact.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster relationships between IAM and business units to implement best risk management practices.
- Organizational Change: Drive enterprise buy-in to address risk areas and promote a culture of information risk awareness.
- Project and Budget Oversight: Manage the selection and prioritization of IM projects and oversee budget management.
- Team Development: Mentor a high-performing technical IAM team, setting standards for engineering excellence and readiness.
- Identity Management: Own and enhance workforce and client identity for all users and applications, implementing strategic IAM patterns.
- Performance Tracking: Create and monitor IAM KPIs and OKRs tied to business outcomes.
- Experience: 12+ years in identity management, with 5+ years in a leadership role within a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in identity management technologies, including Active Directory and IGA tools. Preferred: PAM, AWS IAM, and CIAM.
- Engineering Experience: Hands-on experience designing and implementing IAM solutions, progressing from senior engineer/architect to strategic leadership.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing technical teams with strong people management skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, etc.) are a plus.
