Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Technical Business Analyst to support our Corporate Digital Solutions team. This role plays a critical part in the development and enhancement of our corporate website, working closely with developers, designers, product owners, and content teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong Agile experience, proficiency with Content Management Systems (especially Drupal), and a solid understanding of website platforms and design systems. Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) is essential.

• Lead and maintain the product backlog; ensure stories are clear, complete, and aligned with business goals.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with product and development teams to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality features.

• Serve as the CMS subject-matter expert;
  Drupal strongly preferred.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to improve CMS efficiency and functionality.
• Customize and configure CMS capabilities to support evolving business needs.

• Support the integration of design systems, components, and development standards.
• Contribute to building scalable, secure, and high-performing website features.
• Leverage analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.

• Advocate for consistent use of design systems across the website.
• Utilize analytics tools to identify enhancements and guide data-driven decisions.

• Use Jira to track development tasks, bugs, and enhancements.
• Document requirements, functional specs, and processes in Confluence.
• Ensure transparency and collaboration through best-practice tool usage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally supporting website development.
• Strong Agile and backlog management experience.
• Proficiency with Content Management Systems (Drupal preferred).
• Experience with website platforms, design systems, and analytics tools.
• Strong technical acumen, communication skills, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A‑CSM)
• Familiarity with front‑end development tools
• Experience with CCMS platforms
• Basic understanding of software testing principles
