The Dev Ops Engineer role focuses on enhancing system reliability through advanced observability and automation practices. • Work with observability tools such as Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Open Telemetry, and Grafana to monitor systems effectively.
• Build and automate infrastructure using Kubernetes, Terraform, Git Hub Actions, and ArgoCD or similar tools.
• Implement real-time monitoring systems using logs, metrics, and traces to improve system visibility consistently.
• Develop alerting mechanisms based on service-level objectives to ensure proactive issue detection and resolution.
• Collaborate with teams to influence architecture decisions and improve system performance and reliability.
• Optimize system performance through log analysis, monitoring insights, and continuous improvement practices.
• Support incident response processes and enhance operational efficiency across distributed systems environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field.
• At least three years of experience with Elasticsearch or Hashi Corp Vault, including configuration and performance tuning.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and CI/CD pipelines for automation tasks.
• Familiarity with observability frameworks and tools for monitoring distributed systems effectively.
• Knowledge of AI or machine learning applications in operations is considered an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills in fast-paced technical environments.
