AI Project Manager – New Resources Consulting

Location:

Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Duration:
Contract position, starting April 21, 2026.

New Resources Consulting is looking for an AI Project Manager to join our growing AI Practice. In this client‑facing role, you’ll help organizations at the beginning of their AI journey plan, organize, and deliver innovative technology projects. You’ll work closely with business leaders, software development teams, and our AI Practice Director to move projects from concept to completion, ensuring clear communication, strong coordination, and measurable results.

We’re looking for someone who can balance strategic planning with hands‑on project management. You’ll translate business goals into actionable plans, manage timelines and resources, and keep stakeholders aligned every step of the way.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple AI-related projects from planning through completion.
  • Coordinate across business and technical teams to ensure deliverables stay on track.
  • Communicate project goals, updates, and challenges to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support teams in prioritizing work, resolving issues, and maintaining momentum.
  • Partner with the AI Practice Director to align project work with client strategy and goals.
  • Track progress, manage timelines, and maintain documentation throughout each project.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing AI or software projects from start to finish.
  • Knowledge of emerging AI technologies and tools, with the ability to understand their business impact and guide teams in leveraging them for process improvement and strategic advantage.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with executives.
  • Ability to organize complex work across multiple teams and priorities.
  • Experience working in Agile or similar collaborative environments.
  • Interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technology.
