Technical PM with Salesforce
Location:
Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Duration: 6 months plus with possible CTH
- 3+ years of project management experience within sales support and/or financial vertical (Salesforce)
Our client is looking for a Project Manager responsible for facilitating meetings, gathering business requirements, and developing project plans/task lists for the Client's Sales Tech environment. As a Project Manager you will own the project meetings, project accounting, facilitate estimation, and documentation and overall facilitate completion of requested initiatives.
You will be acting as a trusted member of their internal business/technology team interfacing with IT management, architects, database administrators, firewall/network, and other Salesforce professionals working within Client. You will need a good understanding of IT frameworks, business and functional objectives and how to communicate these in plans, narratives, and verbally to business requestors, team members, and executives.
Responsibilities
This is a varied delivery leadership role, with the following responsibilities:
• Define project timeline, draft proposals, establish budgets and maintain project
documentation throughout project lifecycle.
• Coordinate between internal teams and external resources, communicating guidelines and
deadlines clearly, effectively, and consistently.
• Assess risk throughout project lifecycle and anticipate internal, external and client needs and
readily implement issue resolution with project stakeholders.
• Coordinate among internal teams to delegate and prioritize tasks and conduct status updates
and check-ins with individual team members to ensure completion of tasks.
• Provide regular project status check-ins, progress tracking and updates on deliverables with
internal teams, external resources, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage client relationship throughout project lifecycle and uphold high standards for
individual contributors, holding everyone accountable for their deadlines.
• Problem resolution with all parties involved.
• Support new team members with onboarding, mentoring, planning, budgeting,
implementation and consistency with messaging, tone, and overall quality control.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience within sales support and/or financial vertical (Salesforce)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master®(CSM®) certified a plus but not required.
• Salesforce or other contact center technology experience
