Must Have Technical/Functional Skill

" Large-scale program governance and delivery leadership
" Experience in mission-critical, regulated programs
" Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models
" Financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and margin control
" Executive-level stakeholder and governance management

Roles & Responsibilities
" Own end-to-end delivery of a business-critical enterprise program
" Establish and manage program governance, KPIs, and delivery cadence
" Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit requirements
" Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations
" Drive financial performance including cost, revenue, and margins
" Engage senior leadership and executive stakeholders
" Lead large, multi-location, cross-functional teams
