Consultant; Web and Digital Interface Designer

Job Title

Consultant (Web and Digital Interface Designer) needed for Experis US, LLC located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

• Provide services as a user research specialist to design digital user interfaces for clients.
• Communicate with product stakeholders to create an appropriate research plan and translate product requirements and business goals into research questions.
• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
• Conduct analysis using advanced statistical models.
• Create visualization of research results.
• Use principles of statistics, multivariate analysis, psychology, and applied testing.
• Use R for data analysis and Qualtrics as a survey tool.
• Will provide services to clients located throughout the US.
• Will be assigned to unanticipated client sites located throughout the US and subject to travel/relocation.

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• User Experience, Psychology, or directly related and 2 years of experience in the skill sets and tasks listed in the job description.
• Will also accept an MS in Computer Science or Engineering, User Experience, Psychology, or directly related.
• No experience required but, must have grad level coursework which covered the subject matters of statistical methods, applied psychology, multivariate analysis, and applied testing.
• Must be willing to travel and/or relocate.
