• Administer and optimize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), ensuring proper resource utilization, cost efficiency, and adherence to security best practices.
• Implement monitoring solutions to track system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource utilization, ensuring availability and reliability of cloud services.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Utilize tools to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment for efficient, reproducible environments.
• Implement robust security measures to safeguard cloud environments, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement cloud-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability requirements.
• Work closely with development and operations teams to facilitate smooth integration of applications with cloud services.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud computing.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the cloud infrastructure.

• 5+ years of experience working in cloud environments and understanding of cloud infrastructure (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.
• Strong scripting experience including BASH, Power Shell, and REST/API.
• Experience with cloud automation and modern cloud technology components and deployment patterns: virtual machines, containers, Kubernetes, serverless, infrastructure as code, etc.
• Experience deploying and supporting hybrid infrastructure on‑prem private cloud and public cloud.
• Develop and implement standards and best practices as it relates to private/public cloud solutions and architecture best practices knowledge.

Hourly Rate: $76–$99
