Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • A Salesforce Field Service / Service Cloud implementation
  • A Microsoft Power Platform / automation initiative (Power Automate, Power Apps, workflow automation, Docu Sign, etc.)
  • This is not a heavy ERP or large enterprise program role. It is a delivery‑focused PM position centered on coordinating work, managing tasks, aligning teams, and driving execution in an environment with evolving processes and lightweight governance.
  • You will work closely with the existing PM team, a strong Business Analyst, and cross‑functional IT and business stakeholders to keep projects on track, promote adoption, and support process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day delivery of Salesforce and automation‑related projects, including schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (IT, business stakeholders, vendors) and help ensure they are aligned, prepared, and accountable for commitments.
  • Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, status updates, and working sessions; document and follow up on decisions, action items, and next steps.
  • Maintain and update project plans, backlogs, and task boards (preferably in  or similar tools).
  • Partner with Business Analysts to support requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution validation.
  • Support change management and user adoption efforts, including coordinating training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Help prioritize and manage a portfolio of small to mid‑sized automation and application improvement projects, including use cases involving Power Platform, Docu Sign, and other Microsoft tools.
  • Work with vendor partners and internal technical resources to sequence work, clarify expectations, and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Escalate risks and issues appropriately and proactively propose mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to improving project practices, templates, and light governance as the organization continues to grow.
