Mainframe SME

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Mainframe SME to join their team. As a Mainframe SME, you will be part of the IT Operations supporting Mainframe Security and Application Support teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to security and application management, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Provide CA Top Secret administration and security support for mainframe environments

+ Process and manage access requests including adds, changes, and removals

+ Troubleshoot access and authentication issues to ensure seamless operations

+ Support Natural / COBOL applications through incident resolution, maintenance, and minor enhancements

+ Assist with audit requests, access reviews, and mainframe key rotation activities

** What's Needed?*
* + Extensive experience with CA Top Secret mainframe security administration

+ Proficiency in IBM mainframe (z/OS) environment

+ Strong background in Natural / COBOL application support

+ Experience working within a ticket-driven support model

+ Knowledge of access provisioning and IAM concepts
