Technical Program Manager

Our client, a leading technology organization specializing in cloud infrastructure and security solutions, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Technical Program Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Lead and coordinate global infrastructure, compliance, and operational programs within the Program Management Team.

+ Develop and maintain program-level plans, roadmaps, and release schedules in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering leaders.

+ Identify, mitigate, and track risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of projects.

+ Support cross-functional teams across product, engineering, vendors, and sales to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

+ Promote Agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and process enhancements.

** What's Needed?*
* + At least 5-7 years of experience supporting the delivery of technical engineering solutions in an enterprise organization.

+ Experience working with Cloud technologies, Infrastructure, and Dev Ops processes and tools.

+ Proven track record managing large Data Center and/or Software deployment programs from concept to delivery.

+ A solid understanding of security compliance and certifications like SOC2, ISO, FedRAMP.

+ Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting data and reports to executive-level audiences.
