SAP S/4

HANA Project Manager with Scrum experience drives end-to-end implementation using Agile methodology. They manage scope, budget, and risks while facilitating Scrum events (sprints, stand‑ups) to deliver functional requirements, often acting as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders.

• SAP S/4
  
  HANA Implementation:
  Lead full life‑cycle Greenfield or Brownfield implementations, including configuration and testing.
• Agile/Scrum Facilitation:
  Act as a Scrum Master or Agile PM, managing product backlogs, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Project Governance:
  Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Facilitate Fit‑GAP workshops, steering meetings, and maintain high‑level communication with business leaders.
• Cutover and Go‑Live:
  Coordinate data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and post‑go‑live support.

• Experience:
  
  8‑12+ years total, with 3+ years in SAP project management.
• Technical Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of SAP S/4
  
  HANA, including functional modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP).
• Methodologies:
  Proven expertise in SAP Activate methodology, Agile, and Scrum.
• Leadership:
  Experience leading multi‑vendor, international teams.
• Certifications:
  
  PMP or Scrum Master certification is highly preferred.
