Job Overview

Accenture Flex offers local fixed‑duration project‑based work powered by Accenture. As a Flex employee you will apply your skills to drive business transformation for leading organizations and communities. You will work onsite at the project in your local metro area, reducing travel demands.

• Implement, build, maintain and optimize Epic integration systems leveraging Epic skills.
• Translate business needs into EMR functionality and enhancements by collaborating with clinical leaders.
• Design, build, test, and implement Epic integration application systems.
• Create or adapt written protocols with clinicians.
• Identify gaps and provide mutually agreeable workflow solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to provide timely solutions.

• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Healthcare and EHR experience, with a focus on Tapestry UM and Claims Epic experience.
• Hands‑on implementation experience in Tapestry UM and Claims.
• Tapestry UM Epic certification is required.
• Strong understanding of Tapestry workflows, clinical operations, and IT strategy.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Ambulatory and Inpatient experience.
• Experience contributing to EHR implementation plans, scope and timelines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse client, team, manager, and vendor groups.
