What We Need
Brady Corporation is looking for a data-driven Organic Search Analyst to join our growing digital marketing team! This person will work closely with our SEO Manager to identify opportunities to increase our SEO performance.
What You'll Be Doing- Create new innovative ways to drive organic traffic and search visibility
- Create keyword research and maintain targets with up-to-date volumes and competition
- Optimize on-page SEO: landing page and content article ideation, keyword gap analysis to take advantage of whitespace opportunity, metadata optimization and redirects
- Work with technology teams to optimize site infrastructure for crawlers including schema markup, java script crawlability and site speed/CWV
- Collaborate with cross-functional business partners (Site Merchandising, Engineering, UX, Design and Product) to implement SEO best practices, and leverage cross-functional insights in planning and program development
- Oversee backlinks by ensuring maximum coverage, identifying new opportunities and rectifying unlinked mentions
- Dive into issues and incidents as they occur, perform ad hoc analyses as needed, and/or help expedite them to resolution
- Learn and stay curious to stay on top of trends and best practices; stay up to date with SEO tactics to remain within search engine guidelines
- Advocate for a seamless user experience for customers who are finding us through search
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing/business, or related degree; or an Associate’s degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience
- 1+ year of search marketing experience
- Familiar with web analytics and SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Bright Edge, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Desire to learn and evolve with the ever-changing SERP landscape (Organic shopping features, AIO etc)
